As a citizen, you have a right, and some say an obligation, to vote in local, state, and national elections. The Capital District Association of Rental Property Owners has observed that too many tenants do not exercise this right. In response to this fact, CDARPO has launched the first of several quality of life initiatives entitled “Tenants Count.”
