The Capital District Association of Rental Property Owners (CDARPO) is a non-profit volunteer association committed to helping landlords throughout the Capital District.

Our monthly meetings, newsletters, online daily forums, and trainings allow members to grow, network, exchange tips, ask questions, make referrals, and provide services.

CDARPO members represent the entire capital district – from Albany, Rensselaer, Troy, Saratoga, and Schenectady counties – and beyond.
